- Received items that you ultimately don’t like? No worries, you have 14 days from the shipment of your order to return these unworn products (tried on for fitting only) in their original condition, without having to provide any justification.
- If you reside in Metropolitan France, to return the items, you simply need to create a return request via the contact form. After validation by our team, you will be able to print your return label.
- Returns from Metropolitan France are 100% free. For returns from other countries, do not hesitate to contact us for more information: team@vanden.shop
- Once your return is received and processed, you will be immediately refunded directly to your credit card if you paid by card.
